Radishes can be much more than a colorful salad garnish! You can pickle and serve them at a picnic, a potluck, or a party – no canning or long-term prep required! Join Jenny and Tim in our demo kitchen to learn how to make pickled refrigerator radishes for a tasty addition to your summer menus.

Radishes are fat free, saturated fat free, cholesterol free, low in sodium, low in calories, and high in vitamin C. Remove the tops before storing, and you can refrigerate radishes in plastic bag for use within one week.
