ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Did you know that there's more to "wellness" than not being sick?!

Yes – physical wellness is super important, of course; but there's really more to wellness that can help you lead a more fulfilled and healthy life. Lisa Barlage, Extension educator, chats with Jenny Lobb in the video above about ALL the dimensions that help create a lifestyle of wellness. There are nine dimensions in all: emotional, career, social, spiritual, physical, financial, intellectual, creative, and environmental wellness.
