Extension educators are eligible for promotion consideration to a higher rank. All applicants for promotion are reviewed by a committee using the General Expectations for A&P Educators as a guide. Contributions and impact in the areas of Extension teaching, scholarly contributions, and service to the community, institution, and profession are the focus of the review. The committee’s recommendation informs the final decision of the Director of OSU Extension.
