OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lindsey and Megan Arnold are the acting Co-directors of Operations. Lindsey’s position as Co-director Operations is to oversee the entire business aspect of OSU Extension, including everything from budgets to personnel. She plays a key role in keeping all Extension offices and program areas updated on the university’s fiscal and personnel guidelines.
Lindsey and the other Operations team members provide clarification of policies and procedures, improve business efficiencies and responsiveness, and cooperate with college and university partners to enhance operational effectiveness and improve competitiveness. This includes personnel and performance management, resource management, business processes, best practices, risk management and compliance, and organizational business analysis.
