A performance review is a summative two-way discussion and written documentation focusing on employee performance (areas of excellence, areas for improvement, goals related to performance and professional development).

County/Unit Directors

Includes work as a county Extension director and an educator.


For educators with no county Extension director appointment.

EFNEP Program Assistants

*Supervised by EFNEP supervisor.

Organizational Support

Includes state-based program staff who are not using Research in View (RiV) and employees in units such as Program Development and Evaluation.

Program Staff

Includes program assistants, program coordinators, program managers/specialists, program directors, etc.
*Supervised by county Extension director or unit director, except EFNEP program assistants.

Includes office assistants, office associates, administrative associates, accountants, and other Administrative and Professional titles not in the other groups listed here.
