Southwestern Ohio Fruit, Vegetable and Specialty Crop Conference
Primary tabs
OSU Extension has organized a grower school for more than 30 years in southwestern Ohio, but this conference will be different and bigger than in the past. The new conference center location allows space to offer more class options, including sessions on fruit, vegetables, greenhouses, specialty crops and marketing.
Pesticide applicator credits will be available for Core, Category 3 and Category 5. A fertilizer certification class focused on fruit and vegetable production will be offered.
Early registration deadline is January 22. The $50 fee includes a continental breakfast, buffet lunch and USB memory stick with all of the available handouts. Online registration is available at https://regonline.com/swfruitvegconf. The event web site with class descriptions is available at http://go.osu.edu/swohfvsc.
