    The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum is coordinated by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Inquiry and generously supported by Mr. and Mrs. Denman, the Office of Research at The Ohio State University, the Office of Undergraduate Education at The Ohio State University, as well as corporate and private donors. The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to showcase their research, scholarship, and creative activities to the Ohio State community and beyond.

    This year’s conference is geared toward new and advanced growers and will be packed with more education, hands-on sessions, visiting the Piketon Hops Yard, building of your own equipment, and a bus tour that will take us to two hops farms! The weather will be great in March, and we will have more than ever to show our growers. Growers, brewers, and vendors do not want to miss this conference.

    Federal agencies are increasingly allocating funding to address societal grand challenges. Universities understand that making successful efforts in response requires team science approaches. RA/RD professionals play an essential role in supporting these efforts. This presentation will define types of team science, describe major award programs supported by several of the federal agencies, and discuss how RA/RDs can facilitate the successful development and submission of these proposals. Our presenter, Kate Hayes-Ozello, will be located in Columbus.
