MINE Mentoring Info Session

The LOD unit will provide training for those who wish to become mentors for new employees participating in the MINE: Mentor. Impact. Network. Excel. program. MINE provides opportunities to connect with experienced mentors, peers, and resources within the university. Mentors will guide mentees through discussion and reflection, while equipping them with the tools and characteristics to be successful and happy in OSU Extension. Program goals

Provide a consistent mentor experience for all Extension employees to have the knowledge and resources needed to engage and succeed within the organizationÂ

Establish connections and relationships between generations of OSU Extension colleaguesÂ

Model best practices and provide a wide variety of tools and resources for success
If you are interested, save one of the 60-minute time slots below to learn more. These sessions are for those interested in completing the self-paced (in Canvas) training to become a mentor or for current mentors who wish to refresh their training.
