Leading in Jeans: Millennials as Supervisors

Many Millennials are being promoted to supervisory positions. This generation tends to have an unconventional supervisory style, which can be a source of inspiration... or conflict. To be effective supervisors, Millennials need to understand the work styles and management preferences of the other generations currently in the workforce.
