Coaching and Performance Management Workshop

Managers and supervisors have the important responsibility of guiding, directing, and managing the performance of employees. Coaching and performance management is a great place to begin developing and/or strengthening skills and gaining valuable resources to help reduce stress associated with the performance management process.
