This event is FREE and open to the public. The program will be held at the USDA Service Center in Hopedale (across from the fire hall). The OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteers have put together a no-till garden for all to enjoy and learn some hands-on gardening skills. This workshop will also include a session on backyard poultry production.

There will be a free gardening workshop the second Thursday of the month from March- October. Some of these sessions will be in Carroll County, and others will be in Harrison. The June 11 program will be held in Bowerston at Barbara Dewey’s and John Quimby’s farm. The July 9 event will be in Jewett at Z Garden Place (business and greenhouse owned by Amanda Zobenica).
