“4-H Fundamentals” will be offered three times a year, but with different topics. The purpose is to focus deeper on some of the areas that are more needed in that particular season of the year. The workshop is open to anyone with a 4-H appointment at any experience level.

Skills in Focus = organization; conflict management; relationship-building
Events in Focus = project judging; camp; county fair; state fair

10am            Welcome, introductions
10:15am        Ohio State Fair livestock requirements, QA, state teams, resources
11am             Ohio State Fair non-livestock requirements and resources
11:45am        lunch
12:30pm       Companion/small animal resources, events, requirements
12:45pm       Directing a successful 4-H camp (bring your questions!)
1:45pm         County fair week: prep, fair boards, relationships, mediation
2:15pm         Idea sharing: summer gratitude
2:30pm        Running a local project judging or skillathon
3pm             Safe travels home!
