4-H Fundamentals – Fall Focus

As a reminder “4-H Fundamentals” will be offered three times a year, but with different topics. The purpose is to focus deeper on some of the areas that are more needed in that particular season of the year. It is targeted toward “newer” 4-H professionals, but it is open to those with any experience level.

Fall Topics will include:

• Project Book Inventory/Management (at a local level)
• 4-H Achievement Records
• 4HOnline Training (end of the year reporting)
• Citizenship and Leadership Washington Focus
• Positive Youth Development & Managing Difficult Conversations
• Marketing and Recruiting
