Unusual Early Spring and Crabgrass Control
Spring has been unusually warm and our early blooming flowers and shrubs are in full bloom. As of the end of the past week, the monthly mean temperature in Columbus, OH was between 53 and 54 degrees, which is the normal monthly mean for April. In addition, if one looks out the window they will see the Forsythia in full bloom, which is the indicator plant that tells us it is time to put down a preemergence herbicide.
